The activities, affairs, and property of the corporation are managed by, and its powers exercised by and vested in, the Board of Directors. Functions of the Board of Directors include, but are not limited to the following: Establishing and accomplishing corporation goals and objectives; Overseeing and assessing the progress of the corporation; Making decisions regarding future operations of the corporation; Creating partnerships with agencies that provide support to the corporation; Soliciting and acquiring financial resources via grants, donations, fund raisers, etc.: Soliciting, acquiring and assisting with donations of resources.
