“Removing Barriers and Creating Opportunities”
Acquiring an excellent job brings steady income and other benefits that can strengthen the foundations of many generations. The breaches that have formed over the course of a person’s life can be repaired and the path to one’s destiny restored.
Collaborating with low-income individuals and families to remove barriers to sustainable employment leads to the creation of greater opportunities for advancement and improved quality of life. Such collaborations can be a catalyst that moves people from the despair of poverty to reachable hope for a better future.
“Each One Reach One” (EORO) is a new employment readiness and acquisition program in which Lazarus Restoration Ministries will work to remove barriers that formerly kept working individuals and their families living in poverty.
This new program is earmarked to launch in January 2026. Our target population is primarily individuals and families whose income is not sufficient to meet their financial needs. We endeavor to work with people within this population who are ready to increase their income and learn critical skills needed to help boost and sustain their financial stability.
